  • Where is Cafés De Pauw located?

    We are delighted to welcome you to our historic store in Saint-Gilles, Brussels, or to our store in Watermael-Boitsfort. For full addresses and directions, please visit our “Locations” page.

  • Is the store wheelchair accessible?

    Absolutely. Since we're located on the ground floor, everyone can easily enter both of our stores.

  • Do you offer online ordering?

    Not yet: our full online store is currently under development, so stay tuned. In the meantime, if you’re in Brussels, we’d be happy to deliver your order in person: just send us an email at depauwcafes@gmail.com letting us know what you’d like, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Can I bring my dog into the store?

    Of course! We’re delighted to welcome both two-legged and four-legged friends to our store. Come enjoy a coffee break with your best friend!

Our Products

  • Are your coffee beans freshly roasted?

    Yes, all of our coffees are roasted on-site at least once a week to ensure optimal freshness.

  • Do you serve decaf coffee?

    Yes, we always make sure to offer a decaf option for night owls or those who don't drink coffee!

  • Do you offer a coffee or tea subscription?

    Not yet, at least for now. It’s definitely something to consider for the future, so please let us know if this is something that interests you.

  • What kinds of accessories do you sell?

    Our store offers a carefully curated selection of brewing accessories: moka pots, French presses, teapots, filters, replacement parts, measuring cups, and much more!

  • Are your products organic?

    We offer certified organic coffees and teas. To make it easier for you, we make sure to label them clearly so you can choose based on your preferences.

  • Where does your coffee come from?

    We work with producers and importers who share our standards for quality and traceability, whether for single-origin lots or our signature house blends.

  • Can I get my coffee ground, or is it only available as whole beans?

    Both of our stores are equipped with high-end grinders so you can get coffee ground to perfection and brew the perfect cup with your machine. From Turkish coffee to espresso—including moka pots, drip coffee, French presses, and whole beans—we offer a full range of grind sizes.

  • Do you sell loose-leaf tea or tea bags?

    Our loose-leaf teas, herbal teas, mate, and rooibos are available in 50-gram and 100-gram bags. Individual bags are also available in-store and online.

  • Can we buy gift cards?

    Yes, gift cards are available in-store for any amount you choose. They cannot yet be used online.

Orders and Deliveries

  • How can I place an order if there isn't an online store yet?

    Send us an email at depauwcafes@gmail.com specifying what you would like, and we will confirm availability before arranging payment, delivery, or pickup.

  • Do you deliver outside of Brussels?

    That's right. We arrange deliveries to all regions of Belgium and to neighboring countries. Please note that delivery charges vary depending on the size of the shipment and the destination country.

Wholesale

  • Do you supply coffee or tea to restaurants, offices, or other businesses?
